Issachar served for 20 years as Executive Vice President and Officer at CEVA, Inc. (NASDAQ: CEVA), a semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) Licensing company where he built, hired and managed a global sales force, technical support, and legal operation. Beforehand he served as VP & GM of the DSP IP Division at ParthusCEVA (NASDAQ: PCVA, LSE: PCV). Prior, he was a VLSI Design engineer at DSP Group, Inc (NASDAQ:DSPG), and later became a project manager for SoC designs and Digital Signal Processor Cores until he was promoted to Vice President, Core Licensing.

 

In his executive position at CEVA, he was involved in several successful mergers & acquisitions in Israel, Ireland, France, and the USA. Issac also operated and engaged with customers in the fields of Cellular (Terminals and Infrastructure), IoT, Automotive, Medical, Networking, Consumers, Aerospace, and Government. From a technology perspective, he promoted and licensed a broad portfolio of technologies including DSP Cores, Audio, Voice, Speech, Computer Vision, AI & Machine Learning, Cellular, Sensor, Fusion, and Connectivity including Bluetooth, WiFi, UWB, and IoT. He operated, hired, and managed teams globally in the USA, Europe, Ireland, UK, Germany, Israel, India, Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, Japan, Singapore, and South Korea.

 

His broad technological, geographical, managerial, and business experience helps guide portfolio companies in setting the right business model, expanding geographically and technologically, as well as providing strategy, M&A, IPOs and more.

Issachar was born in Israel and holds a B.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Ben Gurion University (Israel) and an MBA from Bradford University (United Kingdom). He relocated to California, USA in 2003 to work in Silicon Valley.
